imaxrock offers 1-2 days process time on most online orders meaning that your order will ship within a 48-hour period from the time it was received, excluding weekends and holidays.

If you place an order early, we will process your order earlier, and you items are probably shipped at the same day. For expedited order, it will be processed priorly. And if we have no stocks in our warehouse, the ship will be short delayed, usually, your items will be delivered within 1-2 days.For some customized items, it may take one week or more from dispatch.If this happens, we will let you know ASAP. offers the following shipping methods:

2.Takes 15--20 business days plus 1 day processing time. Deliveries to Canada may take longer due to holds imposed by customs.

3.Takes 2-3 business days depending on location Amazon shipping plus 1 day processing (Monday-Friday)

4.Takes 2-4 weeks plus 1 day processing time.(Please confirm with us your APO/FPO address can be reached before placing order. Thank you.)

Shipping Fees

imaxrock will NOT charge any customer with Hidden fees on their order. All fees and charges will be calculated and displayed after you have entered your shipping information and selected your shipping method.

Any extra charge incurred for additional services, such as Purchaser's carrier or special handling at the destination, must be paid by consignee.

Shipping costs depend on the dimension or the weight of items, as well as the shipping method chosen. The prices displayed on product information pages do not include shipping costs except for free shipping.Any other questions, please email us to support at, we will be happy to help you.

PS: For Spain, Italy, Brazil, Russia, Turkey and some other countries, items will take longer time to arrive due to customs clearance period.

Although we will ship out your item within 48 hours, your item may leave China/Hong Kong after 2-4 business days due to Post Office processing time or need transfer to other post local country. So please add transit time and handling time to have realistic delivery time. And delays caused by carriers we cannot be held responsible for. Shipping time is only estimated and not guaranteed.

Return Policy


We want you enjoy a happy and easy life. That’s our website’s mission. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange something within 365 days of delivery. Please follow the simple steps outlined below.

What’s Your Return Policy?

You may return a product for refund or exchange within 365 days of the delivery date(please note that this is not the report time for damage or defect). (The order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email). All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number). See below for instructions.

If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged

We're sorry! We will send you a replacement, store credit, or refund you for your purchase.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately. We will arrange for a prompt replacement and cover the shipping of the replacement item if the defect is reported within 30 days. If a defect is reported after 30 days, is not responsible for return shipping costs. The customer will be required to ship the item back at their expense.
Please note that 30-day is the report time for wrong product, damage or defect. So we highly recommond you to check the stuffs ASAP when you receive the order, and contact us ASAP if anything happens.

If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind

We will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost), provided your purchase is in "as-new" condition and the purchased product was not noted as a clearance, close-out, gift certificates or non-returnable item (such as customized product).

Some things to note for this type of return:

• You will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise.

• Please note that the item returned must be in its original packaging in salable condition and mailed in an appropriate size shipping box (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way).

If your merchandise has been carelessly damaged by yourself?

Replacements or repair will be provided for any defective product within the specified warranty period for that product. Replacements will be the only recourse for returns after 30 days from the delivery date have passed. But you’ll have to be responsible for shipping costs and extra fees for parts if needed. Repairing is free for all items in warranty period.

Out of Stock or Discontinued Items: some products on our website are exclusive design and sold in a limited edition, that means only a limited number is available. So if you return a product for replacement and it is Out of Stock or Discontinued when the item is received, you may be contacted by the MAXROCK headphones

Returns team and offered a suitable replacement or option for a store credit.

When your return is received, you will be issued a refund to your credit card or an email gift certificate (store credit) for the merchandise only.
IMPORTANT NOTE: There is NO RESTOCKING FEE applied to any returned item(s). However, Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

How to Make a Return

To return an item, you must get a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from us. To request an RMA, please follow this procedure.

• Go to the Order Management section under your Account (Orders that eligible for return, 60 days old or less, will be marked in the list as eligible for return)

• Select the "Return" option for the order which you would like to return, and follow any additional instructions.

• After you get your RMA number, you will have the opportunity to have a return shipping label generated for you.
